Opening of the A-B-See-Do Exhibition


“This summer families will spend their time  at Beit Hatfutsot” exclaimed Minister of Culture and Sport Limor Livnat at the opening of the A-B-See-Do Exhibition.

“I have just visited this wonderful and special exhibition. An exhibition such as this cannot be found anywhere else in Israel and I am convinced that you will not find anything like it anywhere else in the world”  added Livnat enthusiastically.

On Friday morning (1.7.11) Minister Livnat was welcomed by hundreds of children amid a sea of balloons and candies. This colorful event marked the opening of the A-B-See-Do Exhibition. Livnat was accompanied by her partner Shalom Yerushalmi, his daughter and granddaughter.

The A-B-See-Do Exhibition is a multisensory free-play journey of learning that combines fun and enjoyment alongside educational values, tolerance, understanding and knowledge. The exhibition was initiated by Efrat Adiv and Tamar Hadar who worked together with the Beit Hatfutsot exhibition curator, Smadar Keren.

The hundreds of guests included the president of the NADAV Foundation, Irina Nevzlin-Kogan with her husband Michael Kogan, Israel Judo Champion Yael Arad, who also served as a consultant to the exhibition, Mayor of Ra’anana Nachum Hofree, Attorney Yaacov Bardogo, Singer Achinoam Nini, Nir  Sheratzky and his wife Galit Farber, Ilan Birenfeld, Yossi Rosen –former Chairman of Bazan Oil Refineries Ltd with his granddaughter,  and the publicist Uri Einy.
